Review: Cupcakes Station, Ann Arbor

Recently, my husband and I visited the Cupcake Station for dessert after our anniversary dinner.

One of my favorite places to visit when I have a sweet tooth is Cupcake Station, 116 E. Liberty St., Ann Arbor, Michigan. One reason is that they have regular as well as vegan cupcakes, and both are equally delicious. I honestly can't taste the difference, and I've enjoyed my fair share of both.

I enjoyed a strawberry vegan and Andre' had the regular Oreo full-size cupcake. The prices aren't bad either, $3 for regular cupcakes and $1.50 for minis, baked fresh daily.

They have a variety of different cupcake flavors each day as well as other treats.
I couldn't help taking a sweet treat home for later, so I grabbed, a small three-pack of vegan chocolate chip cookies that were soft, flaky and melted in my mouth. Dre' snagged a to-go caramel blondie that was soft, chewy and had the texture of a brownie with creamy caramel in the middle.

Yummy!
