Review: Ann Arbor Distilling Co.

So, it's rare that we go out for drinks, but my husband and I were still celebrating our anniversary and decided to have a night cap.

A new hot spot recently opened up called, Ann Arbor Distilling Co., 220 Felch St., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103.

The atmosphere is very relaxed, but sophisticated nonetheless! I felt as if I were hanging out in NYC, with the brick halls and cool industrial feel.

You can peer through the glass at the copper distilling equipment; which makes everything feel very official.

It's a unique establishment, I love the fact that they use locally sourced ingredients and you'll never get the same beverage twice because they build the spirits from scratch for our drinking pleasure.

This is what we sipped:

Cuba Libra - rum, Mexican coke and lime

Fleet Street - gin, house pimms, lemon, Rosemary, ginger beer, cucumber

Apple-sage Shrub - rum, anise, house grenadine, Apple-sage shrub (my personal favorite)

A good time was had by all! Cheers, I'll drink to that!

This is not a sponsored post, just my thoughts!
