Review: Lotus of Siam Thai Restaurant

Lotus of Siam Thai Restaurant has become one of our favorite places to eat in Las Vegas! There is always a wait, so that lets you know it's good. If possible, make reservations ahead of time, but if you have to wait, it's well worth it.
The restaurant is located off the strip at 953 E. Sahara Ave. A5, Nevada, NV 89104.

It's located in a strip mall. From the outside the place doesn't look like much, but the food truly is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed and classy with pictures of famous guest and pass customers on the wall throughout.

The wait staff is outstanding and always accommodating concerning food allergy request.

They also have a huge wine cellar offering a large selection of wines as well.

What we ate:

Pad Thai
Stir-fried thin rice noodles with eggs, green onions, bean sprouts with chopped peanuts on the side $11.95.

Pineapple fried rice
Stir-fried with yellow curry powder, pineapples, shrimp
and chicken $11.95.

Dessert
Coconut ice cream $4.

Other great dishes we've enjoyed over the years.

Appetizers
Nya Dad Deaw (Thia style beef jerky)
Deep fried marinated pork, served with homemade spicy sauce $9.95.

Tempura
Deep fried shrimp tempura and vegetables, served with homemade sweet and sour sauce $12.95.

Of all the places we've eaten over the last ten years during our eleven visits to Las Vegas, this is the place my husband and I look forward to the most!

It's one of those places you just want to hang out with friends and eat all night.

The price is right, the food is amazing! All I can say is everything is awesome! Hope you get a chance to visit soon!
