After our latest trip to Disney World all I can think about was just how freaking amazing the food was.  No character dining, this was all about mommy. My husband being the sweetie that he is, he booked a special meal just for me at Epcot's Teppan Edo. For years I've wanted to dine at a Japanese steak house, but never took the opportunity.

Each Disney park offers unique experiences, and Animal Kingdom is different from any amusement Park we've ever visited. I had a bit of bad luck when I tried to book our reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table at the Castle, as even two months in advance there were no tables for five available. I was discouraged because I wanted to book this dinner as a gift for my daughters fourth birthday, so I had to think outside the box. I decided to split our reservation by booking one table for two and another for three to get us in the door. After spending the morning at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and shopping at Disney Springs, we headed back to the Magic Kingdom for a fantastic lunch with the princesses.

During our Disney vacation I wanted to treat the girls to a special mother-daughter experience with the hope that they would hold the memories close to their hearts for a lifetime. Although there was no pomp and circumstance surrounding their births, they are and will always be our precious princesses. I declared that this day would be all about them and they would be treated to a day of beauty at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  

What I Learned: Magic Kingdom Dining Day 1

With any vacation food can be a huge expense, but if you plan accordingly you can eat well while staying within your budget. Disney World has something for everyone when it comes to dining. They offer both sit-down and quick service dining options, and both have their pros and cons. Most sit-down restaurants are more expensive and require reservations verses quick-service restaurants, which usually consist of fun amusement park favorites such as pizza, burgers, hotdogs and more.

Lotus of Siam Thai Restaurant has become one of our favorite places to eat in Las Vegas! There is always a wait, so that lets you know it's good. If possible, make reservations ahead of time, but if you have to wait, it's well worth it.

The NBA Summer Leagues are meant to allow incoming rookies, very young veterans, and aspiring free agents to showcase their skills at a professional level. Thus, the Summer Leagues act as the first showcase for the young players that will be the future of the league. There are three main leagues, one in Utah, one in Orlando, and one in Las Vegas. But the Vegas league is by-far the biggest of the three, with more teams and players than the other two leagues combined.
