Review: Red 8 at Wynn Las Vegas

I've enjoyed meals at Red 8, located inside the Wynn Las Vegas, during every visit to Las Vegas for the last 11 years! That's how much my husband and I love the food there. Located at Wynn Las Vegas, 3131 S. Las Vegas, NV 89109.

The restaurant offers Asian cuisine from China, Thailand, Vietnam and Korea including Hong Kong-style barbecue, dim sum and Cantonese noodles.

What we ate:

Entrees
Mongolian Beef $22

Cashew chicken $19
We've enjoyed numerous meals here over the years, but the Mongolian beef dish is my absolute favorite, hands down. It's a bit spicy, but the thin sliced beef is flavorful and perfectly paired with stir fried vegetables including, onions, red and green peppers.

The cashew chicken, comes with carrots and celery; which have just the right amount of crunch. This was a new dish we tried on this visit. The flavors weren't as bold as the beef, but we enjoyed the citrus undertones and cashews.
Booth dishes were served with choice of brown or white rice.

I can't go to Vegas without coming here for lunch or dinner at least once.
