Let me start by saying the Force is strong in my house. My husband and children are huge Star Wars fans! So going to Hollywood Studios was a must. This is the closest they're ever going to get to "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away!"

Jedi Training is hands down my children's favorite attraction at Hollywood Studios. Jedi Training: Trails of the Temple is a 20-minute stage show, where younglings are trained in the ways of the Force and taught how to use a light saber so they can defend themselves against the Dark Side; including Darth Vader, Kylo Ren and Seventh Sister Inquisitor.

Signing up for Jedi Training was our first stop when we hit the park. My children have participated on two different occasions, but they would be crushed if they couldn't take part, so we were up early and at the park when it opened. Children must be between 4 and 12 years of age to participate. The process for registering has changed over the years. If children are interested in participating in Jedi Training, parent and child must go to The Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost shop where the Jedi Training registration station is located. A cast member will register your child and allow you to pick from available times. Slots fill up fast, so I would recommend going as soon as the park opens, spots are filled on a first come first served bases.

This show is so cool to watch, because the children get so into character as they take on their favorite Dark Side characters. It's a lot of fun for the young padawans, and of course good always prevails over the evil Dark Side.

The children enjoyed this experience and often talk about what they will do the next time they encounter the Dark Side. If you have little Star Wars fans in your family the Hollywood Studios, Jedi Training Academy experience is one they may never forget.... May the Force be with you!
