What is a Chicago Dog...that's what my son asked after seeing it on the menu at Dylan's Candy Bar. Instantly I felt bad, he doesn't know what a Chicago dog is? How had I not introduce them before?  Well, I had to rectify that situation immediately.

Hanging out in Chicago has been quite a treat, so I decided to make it a delicious outing by surprising the kids with lunch and sugar at Dylan's Candy Bar, 445 N. Michigan Avenue 60611.

Welcome to every little girls baby doll wonderland, American Girl Place - Chicago. With two daughters and a couple nieces, I've visited this store more times then I would like to admit. Besides the small fortune I've spend here it's always exciting and fun for myself and the girls.

If I'm in Chicago, you'll catch me at Garrett's Popcorn Shop, it's a must! I love their Chicago mix popcorn, and I won't leave the city without it!
